B., No. 51. 202 BROWN PAPER GOODS CO 203 selected by a majority of the compositors, pressmen and feeders, cutters, machine adjusters, machine operators, maintenance men, porters, shipping- and receiving-room employees, and stock handlers at the West Lake Street building of Brown Paper Goods Co., Chicago, Illinois, excluding supervisory, office, and clerical employees, as their representative for the purposes of collective bargaining, and that, pursuant to Section 9 (a) of the Act, United Paper Novelty & Toy Workers International Union, Local 148 (C. I. 0.), is the exclusive representative of all such employees for the purposes of collective bargining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment. MR. GERARD D. REILLY took no part in the consideration of the above Certification of Representatives.
