BOHANNON TOBACCO COMPANY and LOCAL 229, TOBACCO WORKERS INTERNATIONAL UNION Case No. R-3295 CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVES January 14, 1942 On December 12, 1941, the National Labor Relations Board issued a Decision and Direction of Election in the above-entitled proceedings.' Pursuant to the Direction of Election, an election by secret ballot was conducted on January 2, 1942, under the direction and supervision of the Regional Director for the Fifth Region (Baltimore, Maryland). On January 3, 1942, the Regional Director, acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regula- tions-Series 2, as amended, issued and duly served upon the parties an Election Report on the ballot. No objections to the conduct of the ballot or the Election Report have been filed by any of the parties.
