Purpose of the SMRC Joint Operating Agreement

1.2-Purpose of the SMRC Joint Operating Agreement The purpose of this no-cost Agreement is to set forth the terms and conditions pursuant to which the Parties will coordinate efforts to maintain consistency of the Medicare program in accordance with the provisions of their respective CMS contract (“CMS Contract”). The term of this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and continue until either Party’s CMS Contract expires, or it is terminated by either Party upon thirty (30) days written notice to the other Party.
