1.7-Independent Contractors The parties each recognize and agree that they are independent contractors. There is no privity of contract between these Parties. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed to make any party an agent, servant, partner, employee of or joint venture of or with any other party. No party has the right or authority to interfere with or in any manner influence, direct or control the decision- making process, evaluations, judgments or reviews of any other. No party shall have any right or authority, whether express or implied, to assume or create any obligation, duty, or responsibility whatsoever on behalf of any other party.
