Misdirected Communications

4.1-Misdirected Communications Misdirected communications may include written, e-mail, or facsimile inquiries received from providers. Unless otherwise addressed in this JOA, any misdirected communications will be forwarded to the appropriate party (SMRC or UPIC) following the process outlined in Section 2.7 Mailing Information.
