Exclusion Sanction

9050.1 – Exclusion Sanction (Rev. 24, Issued: 02-12-16, Effective: 03-14-16, Implementation: 03-14-16) If the QIO recommends exclusion and OIG does not make a decision within 120 days from the date of receipt, the exclusion sanction the QIO recommends will become effective, and OIG will provide notice in accordance with 42 CFR§1004.110(f).
