Effect of the Contract Determination
10.2 - Effect of the Contract Determination

The contract determination is final and binding on all parties unless:

The MAO files a timely request for a hearing as described in section 20.1
below; or
•
CMS reopens and revises an initial determination as described in section 40 of
this chapter.
