20.6 - Pre-Hearing Conference and Summary Judgment (Rev. 122, Issued: 05-27-16, Effective: 06-28-16, Implementation: 06-28-16) Pre-hearing discovery is not permitted. Hearing officers may schedule a pre-hearing conference if they believe a conference would more clearly define the issues involved. Either party to the hearing may ask the hearing officer to rule on a motion for summary judgment.
