80 - Costs Not Reimbursable Directly to the Cost-Based HMO/CMP (Rev. 4, 10-01-01) In determining amounts due the HMO/CMP, certain costs are excluded from payments made directly to the HMO/CMP. The following subsections, while not necessarily all- inclusive, detail some of these costs.
