180 - Membership Costs (Rev. 4, 10-01-01) The cost-based HMO/CMP’s cost of maintaining and servicing subscriber contracts for prepayment enrollees, including but not limited to the reasonable cost of maintaining statistical, financial, and other data on members, are allowable to the extent they are reasonable. Membership expenses should not be included with allowable enrollment and marketing expenses.
