Direct Mailings
90 – Direct Mailings

At the request of CMS, contractors shall print and distribute hardcopy mailings to all or a
subset of their active providers related to the eRx Incentive Program. Mailings shall be
sent to the best address to reach the provider, not the billing agency used by the provider.
As such, contractors should consider using the correspondence address in PECOS if it is
available.
