Term of Agreements
10.4 - Term of Agreements

An agreement with a hospital, HHA, hospice, and (for the purposes of furnishing
outpatient physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech-language pathology services)
a clinic, a rehabilitation agency, or public health agency is not time limited and has no
fixed expiration date. The agreement remains in effect until such time as there is a
voluntary termination, or involuntary termination, or a change of ownership.
