FQHC Staffing Requirements

30.3 - FQHC Staffing Requirements (Rev. 239, Issued: 01-09-18, Effective: 1-22-18, Implementation: 1-22-18) FQHCs must have a core staff of appropriately trained primary care practitioners and meet other clinical requirements. It is the responsibility of the FQHC to assure that all staffing requirements are met and that FQHC practitioners provide services in accordance with State and Federal laws and regulations.
