Publishing Payment Rates

90.3.3 – Publishing Payment Rates (Rev. 13150; Issued:04-11-25; Effective: 01-01-25; Implementation:05-12-25) The MACs must issue preliminary estimated payment rates for an upcoming calendar year at least 90 days prior to the effective date, including the rationale for the payment rate as described in sections 90.3.1 and 90.3.2. Final payment rates must be issued by the MACs prior to their effective date.
