11.3.5 - Place of Service (POS) for Professional Claims

Effective for claims with dates of service on or after August 2, 2012, place of service (POS) codes 11, 22, and 49 shall be
used for PRP services.
Effective for claims with dates of service on or after April 13, 2021, POS codes 11, 19, 22, and 49 shall be used for PRP
services.
