30.10 - Request for Reconsideration (Rev. 1502; Issued: 05-09-08; Effective/Implementation Date: 06-09-08) CMS will notify the contract supplier before it takes a breach of contract action and will notify the supplier at that time of how it can ask for reconsideration of any breach of contract determination.
