40.3.1.4 - Other DME or Capped Rental Items

The standard payment provisions in section 30.5 of chapter 20 of this manual continue to apply
when capped rental DME items are furnished by grandfathered suppliers. Payment for the
items is based on the lower of the actual charge or fee schedule amount for each item.
