Payment for Rental Enteral Nutrition Equipment
40.9 - Payment for Rental Enteral Nutrition Equipment

The monthly rental payment amounts for enteral nutrition equipment (identified using HCPCS
modifier RR) are equal to 10 percent of the single payment amount established for purchase of
the item for each of the first 3 months and 7.5 percent of the single payment amount established
for purchase of the item for months 4 through 15.
