60.2.2 - Drug Payment Amounts for Facilities (Rev. 10640, Issued:08-06-21, Effective:09-07-21, Implementation:09-07-21) Effective for claims with dates of service on or after January 1, 2011 all drugs and biologicals used in the treatment of ESRD are reimbursed under the ESRD PPS payment amount.
