30.4 - Dually Entitled Individuals (Rev.11755, Issued:12-21-2022, Effective: 01-23-2023, Implementation: 01-23-23) If a disabled individual is also eligible for, or entitled to Medicare under the ESRD provisions, follow the rules in §20.1.3 under which Medicare is the secondary payer for the applicable 30-month coordination period.
