30.6 – Medicare Made Party to WC Hearing (Rev. 12438; Issued: 01-04-24; Effective: 02-06-24; Implementation: 02-06-24) If a WC agency has suggested that Medicare be represented at a WC hearing or has named Medicare as a party to a WC claim, the MSP Contractor will contact CMS for guidance.
