50.9 – Timely Processing of Waiver Determinations (Rev. 12438; Issued: 01-04-24; Effective: 02-06-24; Implementation: 02-06-24) Waiver determinations should be completed within 120 calendar days from the date a waiver request is received (and date stamped) in the MSP Contractor mailroom or entered into the MSP portal.
