200.1 - Limitation on Recoupment Section 935 (f)(2) Eligibility (Rev. 293, Issued: 09-14-17, Effective: 04- 02-18, Implementation: 04-02-18) The contractor shall determine if the limitations apply once an overpayment is determined (refer to §200.1.1 and §200.1.2 for guidance). This will trigger the creation of the appropriate initial demand letter and recoupment timeframes.
