70.15.4 - Financial Reporting for Debts Returned to Agency (RTA) (Rev. 11787; Issued:01- 19-23; Effective: 04-21-23; Implementation:04-21-23) Debts RTA shall be reported in the appropriate line of the CMS Form 751 (contractors not utilizing HIGLAS) and the Treasury Report of Receivables and Debt Collection Activities (TROR) Reports (contractors utilizing HIGLAS).
