The intermediary submits the appropriate information for the reporting period for each office assigned a separate contractor number and BSI. It reports the number of working days scheduled for the reporting period, less any days where no claims were processed as a result of a strike, snowstorm, etc. It does not count Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
