2202.19 - OASIS Collection on Private Pay (Non-Medicare/Non- Medicaid) Patients (Rev. 1, 05-21-04) The Medicare Prescription Drug, Improvement and Modernization Act of 2003 includes a provision regarding the collection of OASIS data for non-Medicare/non-Medicaid (private pay) patients.
