3206 - Existing ESRD Facility Relocation, Expansion, or Addition of New Service (Rev. 1, 05-21-04) Enrollment with the FI and a new application is required when an ESRD facility relocates, expands, or adds a new service. An ESRD facility may relocate in order to expand because public transportation will make it more accessible to its patient population or because it wishes to add new services (see §2274).
