4132 - NATCEPs and CEPs (Rev. 1, 05-21-04) The OBRA of 87 requires the State to specify those NATCEPs and CEPs it approves. The State should follow the requirements detailed in §4132.1 - 4132.3 when reviewing and approving programs, and when withdrawing approval from programs. The State may offer its own NATCEP and/or CEP as long as the program meets these requirements.
