4200 - SA Provider Certification Files (Rev. 1, 05-21-04) The certification files the SA maintains can be used as: • Working files to enable it to carry on correspondence with the providers and suppliers; • A repository for its copies of the investigative reports and records supporting certification recommendations; and • A source for statistical and narrative report data that may be requested by the RO.
