7207.5 - Withdrawal of Nurse Aide Training and Competency Evaluation Program or Competency Evaluation Program When Entity Providing the Program Refuses to Permit Unannounced State Visit (Rev. 63, Issued: 09-10-10, Effective: 09-10-10, Implementation: 09-10-10) Regulations at 42 CFR 483.151(e)(3) require the State to withdraw approval of a nurse aide training and competency evaluation program or a nurse aide competency evaluation program when the entity providing the program refuses to permit an unannounced visit by the State.
