4.2.2.5 – Anti-Fraud Training (Rev. 11032; Issued: 09-30-21; Effective: 10-12-21; Implementation: 11--21) This section applies to UPICs. All levels of UPIC employees shall know the goals and techniques of fraud detection and control in general, and as they relate to their own areas of responsibility and the level of knowledge required (i.e., general orientation for new employees and highly technical sessions for existing staff). All UPIC staff shall be adequately qualified for the work of detecting and investigating situations of potential fraud, waste, and abuse.
