CAP Closeout

4.4.2.4 - CAP Closeout (Rev. 11218; Issued: 01-27-2022; Effective: 02-28-2022; Implementation: 02-28- 2022) Once the monitoring period has ended, the MAC shall formally inform the HHA of the outcome. This includes no additional action being taken, the monitoring period being extended or the implementation of additional corrective action, including but not limited to a Corrective Action Plan as detailed in Section 4.4.3, based on other misuse identified. Upon request by a UPIC, the MAC shall provide information regarding a CAP.
