8.4.9.2 - Revised Initial Determination (Rev. 906; Issued: 09-26-19; Effective: 01-02-19; Implementation: 01-02-19) If the decision on appeal upholds the sampling methodology but reverses one or more of the revised initial claim determinations, the estimate of overpayment shall be recomputed and a revised estimation of the overpayment issued.
