SECTION 1. REIMBURSEMENT FOR REAL ESTATE EXPENSES. The relocation of Norman R. Ricks by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration in June 1989 shall be considered to be a transfer from 1 official station to another for which reimbursement is permitted under section 5724a(a)(4) of title 5, United States Code.
