SATISFACTION OF CLAIM AGAINST THE UNITED STATES.
SECTION 1. SATISFACTION OF CLAIM AGAINST THE UNITED STATES. (a) In General.—The Secretary of the Treasury shall pay, out of money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Craig A. Klein of Jacksonville, Florida, the sum of $8,947 for damages incurred as a result of the search and seizure of his sailboat, “Pegotty”, by the United States Customs Service in April 1989. (b) Condition of Payment.—The payment of this sum shall be in full satisfaction of all claims of Craig A Klein against the United States in connection with the search and seizure described in subsection (a).
