SECTION 1. SATISFACTION OF PHYSICAL-PRESENCE REQUIREMENT OF SECTION 301(g) OF IMMIGRATION AND NATIONALITY ACT. With regard to the nationality and citizenship of the persons listed in section 2, periods during which Deborah Middelmann (a United States citizen living in Gryon, Switzerland)— (1) lived as a dependent unmarried daughter and member of the household of her parents in Switzerland while they were employed by the L’Abri Fellowship Foundation (an organization with administrative headquarters in Rochester, Minnesota), or (2) was employed by such foundation, may be counted in determining satisfaction of the physical-presence requirement of section 301(g) of the Immigration and Nationality Act.
