RELIEF FROM LIABILITY; REIMBURSEMENT.
SECTION 1. RELIEF FROM LIABILITY; REIMBURSEMENT. (a) Amount of Relief.—Jean DeYoung of Clarendon Hills, Illinois, is relieved of liability to the United States in the amount of $2,725.48, representing overpayment by the United States to Jean DeYoung resulting from administrative error by the Administrative Office of the United States Courts. (b) Reimbursement.—The Secretary of the Treasury shall pay to Jean DeYoung, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, any sum paid by her to, or withheld from her by, the United States with respect to the indebtedness referred to in subsection (a).
