SECTION 1. IMMEDIATE RELATIVE STATUS FOR PAULA GRZYB. (a) In General.— Subject to subsection (b), for the purposes of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Paula Grzyb, the stepmother of a citizen of the United States, shall be considered to be an immediate relative within the meaning of section 201(b) of such Act, and the provisions of section 204 of such Act shall not be applicable in this case. (b) Deadline for Application.— Subsection (a) shall only apply if Paula Grzyb applies for an immigration visa pursuant to such subsection within two years after the date of the enactment of this Act.
