Those portions of aquifers within one-quarter mile of existing Class II wells are exempted for the purpose of Class II injection activities only. Note: A complete listing of the exemptions and their location is available for review in the EPA Regional Office, 1860 Lincoln Street, Denver, Colorado. An updated list of exemptions will be maintained in the Regional Office.
