(a) An exemption from the requirement of a tolerance is established for residues of d -limonene, (4 R )-1-methyl-4-(1-methylethenyl)cyclohexene, in or on all food commodities when applied as an herbicide in accordance with good agricultural practices. (b) An exemption from the requirement of a tolerance is established for residues of d -limonene, (4 R )-1-methyl-4-(1-methylethenyl)cyclohexene, in or on all food commodities when applied as an insecticide in kitchens and pantries.
