5-Ethoxy-3-(trichloromethyl)-1,2,4-thiadiazole; tolerances for residues.

(a) General. Tolerances are established for residues of the fungicide etridiazole, including its metabolites and degradates, in or on the commodities in table 1 to this paragraph (a). Compliance with the tolerance levels is to be determined by measuring only the residues of etridiazole, (5-ethoxy-3-(trichloromethyl)-1,2,4-thiadiazole), and its metabolite etridiazole acid, (3-carboxy-5-ethoxy-1,2,4-thiadiazole), calculated as the stoichiometric equivalent of etridiazole, in or on the commodity: Table 1 to Paragraph ( a ) Commodity Parts per million Cotton, gin byproducts 0.1 Cotton, undelinted seed 0.1 Tomato 1 0.15 Tomato 0.1 1 This tolerance expires on August 19, 2026.
