Except as provided in 40 CFR 125.30 through 125.32, any existing point source subject to this subpart shall achieve the following effluent limitations representing the degree of effluent reduction attainable by the application of the best practicable technology currently available: Effluent Limitations Effluent characteristics Maximum for any 1 day Average of Daily values for 30 consecutive days shall not exceed (1) Metric Units (kg/kkg of product) (1) English Units (pounds per 1,000 pounds of product) TSS 0.42 0.21 As 0.0016 0.0008 Cd 0.008 0.004 Se 0.08 0.04 Zn 0.08 0.04 pH ( 1 ) ( 1 ) Within the range of 6.0 to 9.0.
