Pretreatment standards of performance for new sources (PSNS).

Except as provided in 40 CFR 403.7 and 403.13, any new source with discharges subject to this subpart that introduces pollutants into a publicly owned treatment works must comply with 40 CFR part 403 and achieve the following pretreatment standards for new sources (PSNS). PSNS Effluent Limitations Stream Pollutant parameter PSNS effluent limitations Produced Water (all facilities) No discharge. Drilling fluids and Drill Cuttings No discharge. Well Treatment, Workover and Completion Fluids No discharge. Produced Sand No discharge. Deck Drainage No discharge.
