On June 2, 2017, the State of Wyoming submitted a maintenance plan for the Sheridan PM 10 nonattaiment area and requested that this area be redesignated to attainment for the PM 10 National Ambient Air Quality Standards. The redesignation request and maintenance plan satisfy all applicable requirements of the Clean Air Act. [83 FR 14375, Apr. 4, 2018]
