(a) The NCUA will accept applications from— (1) An individual; or (2) An insured credit union applying on behalf of an individual. (b) An individual or an insured credit union may file applications at separate times. Under either approach, the application(s) must be filed with the appropriate NCUA field office, as required by this part.
