What definitions apply to this subpart?

The terms used in this subpart are defined in the CAA; § 63.1292 of subpart III; § 63.8830 of subpart MMMMM; § 63.2 of subpart A; and in this section as follows: Flexible polyurethane foam fabrication facility means a facility where pieces of flexible polyurethane foam are cut, bonded, and/or laminated together or to other substrates.
