Reporting information to EPA.

Any person who must report under this part must report for the submission period described at § 713.17: (a) Quantities of mercury in pounds per applicable activity listed under the general requirements for which information must be reported described at § 713.9; (b) Specific requirements for which information must be reported described at § 713.11; (c) Contextual requirements for which information must be reported described at § 713.13; and (d) According to the procedures described at § 713.21.
