Hearing procedures.

(a) Hearing requests must be submitted using the method specified in § 790.5(b). Such requests must include the applicant's basis for appealing EPA's decision. (b) If more than one applicant has requested a hearing on similar grounds, all of those appeals will be considered at the same hearing unless confidentiality claims preclude a joint hearing.
