Application for registration by additive manufacturer.

Any manufacturer of a designated fuel additive who wishes to register that additive shall submit an application for registration including all of the information set forth in § 79.21. Each application shall be signed by the fuel additive manufacturer and shall be submitted on such forms as the Administrator will supply on request. [59 FR 33093, June 27, 1994]
