Amount of penalties.

The OIG may impose a penalty of not more than— (a) $5,000 for each individual violation of § 1003.1100(a), (b), or (c). (b) $25,000 for each individual violation of § 1003.1100(d), (e), or (f) by a seller who is also the issuer of the policy; and (c) $15,000 for each individual violation of § 1003.1100(d), (e), or (f) by a seller who is not the issuer of the policy.
